Please come to our Scholastic Book Fair! You will find a wide variety of books for middle school students, along with a sampling of adult best sellers, cookbooks, and books in Spanish. This annual event raises funds for our Media Center.

VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED FOR THE BOOK FAIR. 

It’s Book Fair time again and we need your help to make it a huge success.  We are looking for people to run the cash register and keep the Book Fair tidy for 2.5 hour shifts.  Don’t worry!  You need no previous experience and it’s fun to see the kids in their learning element.  It’s easy and you will have backup nearby should you need it.  If you can’t commit to 2.5 hours, please sign up for what you can do and we’ll piece it together.  Every little bit helps!

After the great success of last year's fundraiser, the PPA is excited to bring back the “no selling” fundraiser this year called Step It Up. This is our one and only PPA fundraiser, so be sure to watch your student's backpack and email for important handouts and updates during the second week of school. For more information, flyers will be available at the PPA table during the back to school open house. Thank you for your support of Plymouth Middle School!

FUNDRAISER TIMELINE: October 7th - October 30th

The Step it Up Fundraiser will re-launch with the kick-off October 7. The Plymouth Parent Association is looking for volunteers during the fundraiser to assist with Golden Ticket collection, verifying and counting cash donations, and helping out at the Step It Up Day of Awesomeness event. Please see the sign-up details and consider helping out. We appreciate our volunteers and thank you for your time!

Turn in all check/cash donations WITH YOUR PLEDGE SHEET in an envelope labeled with STUDENT NAME, ADVISORY TEACHER, and TOTAL AMOUNT ENCLOSED. Securely close the envelope and turn in to the office.

Please bring in box tops ideally in Ziploc baggies in counts of 50. Be sure to mark on the envelope how many are in the bag.

As always, participation in any fundraiser is voluntary at Plymouth Middle School.  The PPA is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization.  Any direct donations are 100% tax deductible.  Donations can be made directly to the PPA (checks made payable to Plymouth Parent Association can be dropped off in the office) or online at GiveMN.org.
