PMS Virtual Fall Parent Teacher Conferences

Fall conferences are fast approaching and will have a virtual format this year.  Conference times are from 3:30 - 8:00 pm on the following dates:

• Thursday, October 22, 2020
• Tuesday, October 27, 2020
• Thursday, October 29, 2020

Online Conference Scheduling at Plymouth Middle School is conducted through a program called My Conference Time.  Parents can sign up to speak with any of their student's teachers for 10 minute sessions.  Each teacher has a different virtual link.  There is a virtual waiting room for parents, and teachers will admit families at the appointed conference time.  After you schedule a conference online, the date and time are reserved for you.   A confirmation email will be sent to the email entered with a list of all conference times and links.

To schedule your preferred time for a parent-teacher conference,

1. Go to myctime.com/plymouthms 
2. Click on the names of your child's teachers.
3. Select the desired date/time for your conference by clicking on "Sign Up."
4. Submit the requested information. 

*Note:  There is an option to change the language to Spanish by clicking on the Language tab at the top of the site.  

If possible, we request that your student(s) attend the virtual conference with you.  If you are unable to sign up for a time and date online, please contact the school office at 763-504-7100 to schedule your conference.
