Robbinsdale Youth Council 

Robbinsdale Area Schools is committed to expanding youth engagement in leadership opportunities to support individual growth and to vitalize the work of the district. The Robbinsdale Area Schools Youth Council (281YC) provides a space that focuses on developing and nurturing youths’ skills to be at the forefront of district decision-making to combat issues that directly impact the lives of students in Robbinsdale Area Schools.

The Robbinsdale Area Schools Junior Council provides a space that focuses on developing and nurturing  the skills of middle school students to be a part of district decision-making to address issues that directly impact learners within our schools.

Information on signing up for the 2023-24 school year will be shared with families soon.

Internship opportunities

Student internships provide high school students, 15 years of age or older, work experience and the opportunity to explore future career paths.

Youth Development Volunteer Program

The Youth Development Volunteer Program, is a volunteer based program for students entering grades 6-8 and interested in developing leadership skills while working in a hands-on environment.
