PPA 2016-2017 Informational Meeting Dates
The PPA is open to all PMS families. The PPA will be hosting informational meetings with specific topics for our PMS families and community in the PMS Media Center from 7-8 p.m. throughout the school year.  

Parent/Community Meetings:
September 19, 2016 Back to School Information Night plus Meet & Greet Principal Cheri Kulland.
November 14, 2016 Topics include SpringBoard English & Reading Plus
February 27, 2017
April 3, 2017
June 5, 2017

PPA Board 2016-2017 Meeting Dates: September 19, November 14, December 12, January 20, February 27, April 3, June 5. Meetings will be held in the PMS Media Center from 6-7 p.m. All are welcome to join us.
(Meeting dates & places subject to change. Additional board meetings may be added as needed.  Confirm meeting information on the PMS website.  Contact any board member at plymouthparentassociation@gmail.com with any questions or concerns you'd like addressed.)

SignUp.com & SignUpGenius
SignUp.com (formerly Volunteer Spot) and SignUp Genius are easy-to-use tools that the PPA will utilize to coordinate volunteer needs throughout the school year. Watch for specific requests via email, on Facebook, and on the PMS website. 

Current Volunteers Needs:
ROAR School Store Volunteers: 

Parent volunteers are needed to assist PMS staff in running and supervising the new ROAR School Store Fridays before school starting January 13. Students will use their PAWS rewards to purchase a variety school merchandise. Sign up by clicking the ROAR Store SignUp link


Book Fair Volunteers:
Our Scholastic Book Fair runs from February 6 through February 13.  Parent volunteers are needed to help set up and take down the book fair, and also to assist students and work the cash registers during the fair.  Shifts are available for a variety of times throughout the day. Staff Conference Meal, February 9:
We will be hosting a staff conference meal on Thursday, February 9. As a small thank you to the staff, please consider donating a dessert, drinks, or paper products, or helping with set-up or clean-up.  Sign up by clicking the Conference Meal SignUp link: http://signup.com/go/3fk6PP
